PopSesh decides what you watch tonight — alone, or together with one more person. If something is broken or confusing, write to support@popsesh.com and a human will answer.

How Match works

One of you starts a session and says the six-character code out loud. The other taps Join with a code and types it. You both swipe the same deck at your own pace; the first film you both like is the one you are watching. If you have already seen it — tap Seen it — keep swiping and the evening carries on.

Common questions

• The code does not work. Codes live for one evening and die about 45 minutes after the last activity. Ask your partner to start a new session.
• Series do not appear. Check the answer on the clock chip above the buttons — “Under 2 hours” and “A long film” are film evenings; pick “Start a series”.
• A film I cannot stream showed up. When starting a Match session, pick your services on the “What are you paying for?” screen — the deck will only hold what those subscriptions can play.
• I want to start over. Settings → “Reset taste data” erases your likes, ratings and history.
• Turn off analytics. Settings → “Share anonymous usage”.
